With the goal of turning one rental into two, another investor came to us with a plan set and a tight timeline. This 633 SQFT ADU includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. It’s a great example of how to create a comfortable and well-designed living space with speed but without breaking the bank. The whole building was built in under 4 months from start to finish.
