J.C. Mejia

J.C. is a co-founder and partner at Fabrick, leveraging years of experience in real estate and business operations. He recently served as COO of WeRevive and Alchemy Renovations, where he led the renovation and sale of hundreds of homes across San Diego County. Before that, he co-founded an international real estate development company that developed high-end resorts, hotels, and residential properties in Belize, Costa Rica, and the Bahamas. His leadership helped grow a real estate portfolio of over $750 million in project costs and more than $1 billion in luxury properties. J.C. holds a BA in International Business from San Diego State University, where he also played football, and an MBA from the University of Redlands. He remains an active supporter of SDSU’s athletic programs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.

dylan Duimovich

Dylan is a co-founder and partner of Fabrick. Prior to joining Fabrick, he spent the last decade building early stage startups in the SaaS technology space with a focus on process optimization and client experience. His background in real estate comes from his passion for growing his personal portfolio of short term rentals, the most recent of which is an ADU here in San Diego that he built himself. When not in the office, Dylan is an avid surfer and brewery enthusiast though commitment to both have significantly dwindled since his wife gave birth to their baby girl in April.

Jose Rivera

Jose has built a solid reputation in construction for over 20 years by building hundreds of ADUs, remodels, and additions for satisfied San Diego clients. For Fabrick, he oversees the foremen at each construction site to ensure that each project is completed at the highest quality and craftsmanship. On his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son and loves taking them out to dinner.

Aaron greene

Aaron, an SDSU alumnus and former football player, brings his competitive spirit and teamwork skills to Fabrick as a project management leader. He oversees schedules, scope, and communication for all projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. His keen attention to detail and proactive approach ensure that each project runs smoothly, is delivered on time, and meets the highest standards of quality. Aaron’s experience as a student-athlete instilled in him a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure, which he leverages to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships. Committed to clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders, Aaron is also passionate about community mentorship, making him a valuable asset to Fabrick.

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Kendra Kettelhut

Kendra co-creates the vision of her client's interiors with the specific needs and desires that come with each project. She has been a licensed interior designer since 2009, her design projects have ranged from a variety of residential homes - large and small, to commercial workplace and health and wellness spaces. From conception and planning to material selections and creative direction, she designs from the inside out, creating spaces that people feel their best in, spaces that reflect the homeowners who reside in them. Architecture and design has been a love and a big focus for Kendra throughout her life, inspired greatly by her extensive travels throughout the world. When she isn't designing or planning her net trip, she divides her time between surfing and training for her next marathon.

Stephen Doyle

Steve is a seasoned attorney with a solid background in the legal, real estate, and construction sectors, making him a vital asset as Fabrick pursues growth. Specializing in construction, real estate development, compliance, and risk management, he ensures that Fabrick operates within legal frameworks while optimizing its potential for expansion. As a self-made real estate developer, Steve brings hands-on expertise in property acquisition, development, and investment strategies, adding a unique perspective to Fabrick’s approach. His dual expertise allows him to offer insights that align with market trends, accelerating Fabrick’s growth trajectory. Dedicated to mentorship, Steve fosters a collaborative team culture and partners with executives and stakeholders on strategic initiatives, leveraging his extensive network to create valuable opportunities. An SDSU alumnus, Steve also chairs the board of directors for the Campanile Foundation, overseeing and managing the university's endowment to support student success and local development.

LUCIA ALVARADO

Lucia is an architect with 9 years of experience and a diverse background in various aspects of the construction field, including design, drafting, creating 3D presentations, procurement, and managing estimates. But, she gets the greatest joy from fostering relationships with clients and by providing exceptional customer service throughout the construction process. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and spending quality time with her husband.

Kourtney kessler

Kourtney plays a crucial role in our team by expertly analyzing operations, estimating projections, and facilitating early communication with clients. As a Point Loma Nazarene University graduate with a degree in Business Administration, she brings academic excellence and practical skills to her work. Originally from Discovery Bay, California, Kourtney has made San Diego her home for the past four years. Recently, she celebrated a new chapter in her life by getting married in the summer of 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and staying active through various sports.

David Guzman

David has worked the last 5 years in international banking and has experience in customer service and finance. He has studied Marketing with a minor in International Trade. He creates financial reports, submits invoices and oversees the financial communications and organization between Fabrick and our clients. When he is not managing Fabrick's financials, he likes to travel, enjoys dinner with friends, listens to music and loves watching comedy shows.

Rodrigo barrera

Rodrigo is an industrial mechanical engineer with over 12 years of experience in project management handling a diverse array of projects and ensuring their smooth progress while quickly resolving conflicts. Bringing a solid background in project planning and execution, Rodrigo focuses on continuous improvement, high-level negotiations, process optimization, and by consistently delivering top-notch customer service. Rodrigo has been happily married to his wife for seven years and in his spare time, it is often spent catching a good movie, cheering on his favorite baseball team and staying active by playing baseball and softball with friends.

Xavier Andrew

Xavier has over 3 years of experience as a construction supervisor and has played a critical role in many multi-family, commercial, and residential projects. He studied Business Administration and Management. He is very enthusiastic about life, embracing everyday challenges whether they come easy or not. In his free time, he loves to travel, visit new places, and witness the wonders of nature.
