College Area Custom Home

In the College Area, a family wanted our help in building a custom home on their double lot, transforming it into a stunning two-story unit with gray siding accented by an assortment of beige, creating an inviting exterior. 

This home now features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a standout kitchen. The kitchen is the centerpiece, with an island that adds a pop of color, complemented with  white cabinets and countertops, and stainless steel appliances and fixtures. This modern look makes the kitchen a true focal point. Our favorite part - the 12’ vaulted ceilings on both floors.

The bathrooms blend dark gray with white, maintaining a sleek and contemporary aesthetic throughout the house. The all-white walls and wood-like flooring add to the home's fresh and cohesive design, making it a beautiful and comfortable space for the family.
